Concept A title page
Concept A

The Dossier

Newsreader + Public Sans

Warm paper, hairline rules, no cards. Options read as a price ledger. Reads as a serious document.

Concept B title page
Concept B

The Spec

Bricolage Grotesque + Archivo

Cool near-white, product cards, one dark section carrying the project description. Reads as a product page.

Concept C title page
Concept C

The Site Visit

Bodoni Moda + Figtree

Night ground, the house full-bleed behind the title, option rows that expand. Reads as a monograph. Its PDF keeps the type on a pale sheet: a dark Letter page is unreadable photocopied.

Concept D-1 title page
Concept D-1

The Hybrid · paper

Newsreader + Public Sans

Your assembly: A's title layout, C's full-bleed photography, B's option cards and authorize page. On A's warm paper ground.

Concept D-2 title page
Concept D-2

The Hybrid · spec

Bricolage Grotesque + Archivo

The same page as D-1 on B's cool ground and type. One file, three themes, so they cannot drift apart.

Concept D-3 title page
Concept D-3 NEW

The Hybrid · the website

Inter, weight 800 · the live site's own system

The same page again, typeset in exactly what roofrightsolutions.ca uses: one family throughout, its identity carried by weight and tracking rather than a second face. Colours are the site's own tokens.

Everything here is sample data, and the homeowner name and street address are invented. The per-shingle feature bullets are unverified placeholder copy about third-party products, and the review count is a placeholder pending re-verification.

D-1, D-2 and D-3 are the same page. They differ only in ground and type, so they are one file with a theme switch rather than three copies that drift apart. Each also carries a cover switch in its top bar, full-bleed or split panel, and a switch for where the colour picker sits, all independent of one another.

Every concept now has a PDF, typeset in its own pairing, reachable here or from the PDF button in each page's navigation bar. All nine pages, with the authorization page a real fillable form. A and D-1 produce the same PDF, as do B and D-2, because the packet varies by type and ground only: those pairs share a pairing, and they differ on the web rather than on paper.
